Vintage Botany Plaid

It is USE PLAID on the Simon Says Stamp blog
this week and here is my version with
Club Scrap's July Vintage Botany stamps and papers.

For my background I made the plaid with this stripes
stencil from the Tim Holtz collection. With brown and green
I created the background panel.
After making the background I stamped with the
rubber stamps on top of the plaid background.
The  flowers at the center of the card are colored
with pencil.
This posteroid woodsie button came with the kit.
I used a sentiment from the Club Scrap Secculent kit
that was small enough to fit on the button.
Ribbon from my stash.
You find all the details of this challenge

Thank you for looking
and have a creative day!

Hetty this is fabulous - love your background, and the way the colouring over it has let it show through and given texture to the image. Your button 'sentiment panel' is a gorgeous feature
